Abstract. In principle, we expect that our cosmos has experienced a series of complicated phase transitions. Exploring the corresponding consequences and discriminating between various types of mentioned phase transitions are therefore of interest not only from theoretical approaches but also from observational points of view. In this talk, relying on an extensive simulation of cosmic strings networks, I examine the CMB random field induced by a typical topological defects which is so-called cosmic strings as a part of ISW phenomenon. I will use various robust topological measures accompanied by some multi-scale reductions to quantify our ability to detect the probable cosmic strings networks. To this end I also utilize extensive Machine learning algorithm to find best feature sequences which are more sensitive for searching such one-dimensional defect.
