Abstract of Talk
In this talk I will present Nature and the Nature Research portfolio of journals to discuss how the scope, format and publishing model change from one title to another. Based on my experience as a manuscript editor, I will then focus on the peer review process at Nature and – from a more general standpoint – I will share some thoughts on how to publish a paper in a selective peer-reviewed journal in a way that feels like a fruitful experience instead of an obstacle course.
