We will first present a pedagogical introduction to entanglement entropy. Then we will define long-range harmonic oscillators as the building block of long-range interacting bosonic systems. Using hamiltonian technique we will calculate the Von Neumann and Renyi entanglement entropy for this system. Different kind of boundary conditions as well as massive harmonic oscillators will be discussed.
