An ICTP meeting in presence
Access to the Internet is still limited in rural and remote environments. This limits the amount of scientific data we can obtain from these areas and affects the populations living there. In this workshop we will bring together researchers and practitioners in order to gain experience and insight into the challenges that such environments pose for the network and the users.
Topics:
Grants: A limited number of grants are available to support the attendance of selected participants, with priority given to participants from developing countries. There is no registration fee. |
REGISTRATION: Upon arrival, Visitors not staying in the ICTP Guest Houses, are kindly requested to complete registration formalities at the Adriatico Guest House (Lower Level). The Registration Desk will be open from 8.30 to 9.00.
