I will present recent results on euclidean wormholes in gravity-axion-scalar field theory.
Namely, I will discuss generalizations of Giddings-Strominger wormholes and present new families of solutions which, upon analytic continuation, lead to  expanding baby universes.

I will also  discuss the current status of linear stability analysis of euclidean wormholes.
