Abstract:
Motion is a fundamental principle of the living. Flows of energy or biomass serve as the fundamental components of motion, whose interactions give rise to various events. These flows are not isolated, as their surroundings constantly influence them. Thus, the Open System Dynamics (OSD) analytic method guides the mathematical modelling of these phenomena [1], [2]. OSD finds a suitable representation through Stochastic Analysis in both commutative and non-commutative versions. A common and simpler approach to these representations is obtained through algebraic probability spaces and stochastic dynamics therein, which allows to describe basic motion patterns.
