The course will be held online from September 8, 2025, to January 30, 2026, and will be taught by Daniel Galviz and Bowen Liu from the Yau Mathematical Sciences Center at Tsinghua University. It will provide comprehensive training in Riemannian and Complex Geometry, and some applications in mathematical physics.
All students who successfully complete the course will receive a certificate issued by ICTP–PWF.
In addition to the main lectures, the program will feature mini-courses and seminars delivered by leading experts in the field. Topics will include: Gauge theories, Mathematical physics, Riemann surfaces, Calabi–Yau manifolds and metrics, Symplectic geometry, Lagrangian submanifolds, Floer theory, Donaldson–Witten theory, and more.
This is a unique opportunity to learn advanced geometry from internationally recognized researchers, while joining a vibrant community of students and scholars from around the globe.
