DESCRIPTION:\n	The call for applications is now closed.\n	 \n\n	This work
 shop is dedicated to exploring the transformative potential of Edge Artif
 icial Intelligence (EdgeAI) and Tiny Machine Learning (TinyML) in advan
 cing environmental and radiation sensing technologies.\n\n	\n	By enablin
 g powerful\, real-time data analysis directly on resource-constrained devi
 ces\, EdgeAI and TinyML offer a crucial shift from cloud-dependent process
 ing. This paradigm allows for the deployment of intelligent\, ultra-low-p
 ower sensors in remote\, infrastructure-poor\, or time-critical environme
 nts. Participants will learn how these technologies facilitate tracking cl
 imate-related changes\, monitor environmental parameters and provide rapid
 \, localized radiation detection. Ultimately\, the focus is on developing 
 and deploying robust\, autonomous\, and cost-effective sensing solutions e
 ssential for proactive disaster management\, environmental protection\, an

 aged to submit a brief research abstract for a poster presentation and/or 
 contributed talk. A limited number of abstracts will be selected for the p

 ownload below.\n\n	Grants: A limited number of grants are available to sup
 port the attendance of selected participants\, with priority given to part
