DESCRIPTION:\n	The call for applications is now closed.\n	The AGRA series 
 of summer schools (Santiago de Chile\, 2012\; Cusco\, 2015\; Córdoba\, 20
 18\; Rio de Janeiro\, part I online in 2021 and part II physically in 2022
 ) has as its goal to foster the development of number theory in Latin Amer
 ica: it provides a formative experience for young researchers\, and it als
 o helps bring together more senior or mid-career mathematicians working in
  the field. It has been our tradition to have all courses and associated d
 iscussions in Spanish or Portuguese\, in part so as to make all activities
  accessible to all students in Latin America\, regardless of their English
  proficiency.\n	The target audience of AGRA includes undergraduate student
 s\, graduate students and young researchers with a serious interest in num
 ber theory and neighboring fields. This next edition will take place in Po
 payan\, Colombia\, featuring a collection of minicourses\, followed by tut
