DESCRIPTION:The call for application is now open.\n	Focusing on the compet
 ition between unitary evolution and environmental decoherence/dissipation\
 , the school is intended to cover several key topics including quantum pha
 se transitions in open systems\, the dynamics of entanglement in the prese
 nce of noise\, monitored quantum circuits\, and the dynamics of noisy quan
 tum devices. The lecture series are intended to teach the students about t
 he foundations of the corresponding topics. A broad spectrum of PhD studen
 ts in theoretical quantum physics is expected\, and the lectures will be c
