 s immersive workshop is specifically designed to equip women in the nuclea
 r industry/organizations with the skills\, confidence\, and expertise need
 ed to excel in their careers. Through interactive sessions\, expert mentor
 ship\, and peer networking\, participants will gain practical tools and st
 rategies to overcome workplace challenges\, accelerate their professional 
 growth\, and become influential leaders in their fields. Whether they earl
 y-career professionals or seasoned executives\, this workshop offers a uni
 que opportunity to develop their valuable skills in leadership\, connect w
 ith like-minded peers\, build a supportive network\, enhance their career 
 advancement opportunities and receive personalized guidance and mentorship
  to allow them to unlock their full potential and excel in their careers.\
 n	\n		 \n	\n		The Workshop aims to bring together participants from diver
 se geographical and professional backgrounds to create a vibrant and inter
 active workshop\, where perspectives and expertise from around the world c
 an be shared and exchanged. The workshop aims to retain women working in t
 he nuclear fields.\n	\n		 \n	\n		During the interactive workshops\, follo
 wing topics will be covered:\n	\n		\n		• 5 Strengths to thrive at work a
 nd be happy\n	\n		The session will start from self-discovery tool based on
  VIA Institute of Character or MBTI methodology to help participants uncov
 er the individual profile of strengths and explore techniques for increasi
 ng confidence and cultivating greater happiness.\n	\n		\n		• Authentic l
 eadership \n	\n		Through a dynamic sharing and learning experience\, part
 icipants will have the opportunity to hear from fellow leaders\, sharing t
 heir personal stories and insights. This exchange will help individuals id
 entify and refine their unique leadership style\, and provide practical gu
 idance on how to apply it in their daily lives\, both personally and profe
 ssionally.\n	\n		\n		• Strategy session for WIN IAEA\n	\n		Moderated dis
 cussion on WiN IAEA values\, strategy and success stories to support creat
 ion of new WiN chapters.  \n	\n		\n		• Climate action simulation\n	\n	
 	Participants will explore complex sustainability challenges through inter
 active game simulation experience. They will analyse risks and find high l
 everage solutions that work in the long run. \n	\n		\n		• Entrepreneuri
 al mindset\n	\n		Participants will gain hands-on experience in developing 
 innovative start-up ideas\, refining their concepts through collaborative 
 brainstorming sessions\, and crafting compelling pitches to secure investm
 ent and drive growth.\n	\n		\n		• How to navigate in technology reports?
 \n	\n		Participants will discover who the key opinion makers are in the te
 chnology world\, learn how to identify and follow influential voices\, and
  develop the skills to analyse and predict high-probability trends in the 
 tech industry.\n	\n		 \n	Grants: A limited number of grants are availabl
 e to support the attendance of selected participants\, with priority given
  to participants from developing countries. There is no registration fee.\
