DESCRIPTION:\n	An ICTP-IAEA Meeting\n	This immersive workshop is specifica
 lly designed to equip women in the nuclear industry/organizations with the
  skills\, confidence\, and expertise needed to excel in their careers. Thr
 ough interactive sessions\, expert mentorship\, and peer networking\, part
 icipants will gain practical tools and strategies to overcome workplace ch
 allenges\, accelerate their professional growth\, and become influential l
 eaders in their fields. Whether they early-career professionals or seasone
 d executives\, this workshop offers a unique opportunity to develop their 
 valuable skills in leadership\, connect with like-minded peers\, build a s
 upportive network\, enhance their career advancement opportunities and rec
 eive personalized guidance and mentorship to allow them to unlock their fu
 ll potential and excel in their careers.\n	\n		 \n	\n		The Workshop aims 
 to bring together participants from diverse geographical and professional 
 backgrounds to create a vibrant and interactive workshop\, where perspecti
 ves and expertise from around the world can be shared and exchanged. The w
 orkshop aims to retain women working in the nuclear fields.\n	\n		 \n	\n	
 	During the interactive workshops\, following topics will be covered:\n	\n
 		\n		• 5 Strengths to thrive at work and be happy\n	\n		The session wil
 l start from self-discovery tool based on VIA Institute of Character or MB
 TI methodology to help participants uncover the individual profile of stre
 ngths and explore techniques for increasing confidence and cultivating gre
 ater happiness.\n	\n		\n		• Authentic leadership \n	\n		Through a dynam
 ic sharing and learning experience\, participants will have the opportunit
 y to hear from fellow leaders\, sharing their personal stories and insight
 s. This exchange will help individuals identify and refine their unique le
 adership style\, and provide practical guidance on how to apply it in thei
 r daily lives\, both personally and professionally.\n	\n		\n		• Strategy
  session for WIN IAEA\n	\n		Moderated discussion on WiN IAEA values\, stra
 tegy and success stories to support creation of new WiN chapters.  \n	\n
 		\n		• Climate action simulation\n	\n		Participants will explore comple
 x sustainability challenges through interactive game simulation experience
 . They will analyse risks and find high leverage solutions that work in th
 e long run. \n	\n		\n		• Entrepreneurial mindset\n	\n		Participants wil
 l gain hands-on experience in developing innovative start-up ideas\, refin
 ing their concepts through collaborative brainstorming sessions\, and craf
 ting compelling pitches to secure investment and drive growth.\n	\n		\n		
 • How to navigate in technology reports?\n	\n		Participants will discove
 r who the key opinion makers are in the technology world\, learn how to id
 entify and follow influential voices\, and develop the skills to analyse a
 nd predict high-probability trends in the tech industry.\n	\n		 \n	Grants
 : A limited number of grants are available to support the attendance of s
 elected participants\, with priority given to participants from developing
