An ICTP-IAEA Meeting

This immersive workshop is specifically designed to equip women in the nuclear industry/organizations with the skills, confidence, and expertise needed to excel in their careers. Through interactive sessions, expert mentorship, and peer networking, participants will gain practical tools and strategies to overcome workplace challenges, accelerate their professional growth, and become influential leaders in their fields. Whether they early-career professionals or seasoned executives, this workshop offers a unique opportunity to develop their valuable skills in leadership, connect with like-minded peers, build a supportive network, enhance their career advancement opportunities and receive personalized guidance and mentorship to allow them to unlock their full potential and excel in their careers.
 
The Workshop aims to bring together participants from diverse geographical and professional backgrounds to create a vibrant and interactive workshop, where perspectives and expertise from around the world can be shared and exchanged. The workshop aims to retain women working in the nuclear fields.
 
During the interactive workshops, following topics will be covered:

5 Strengths to thrive at work and be happy
The session will start from self-discovery tool based on VIA Institute of Character or MBTI methodology to help participants uncover the individual profile of strengths and explore techniques for increasing confidence and cultivating greater happiness.

Authentic leadership 
Through a dynamic sharing and learning experience, participants will have the opportunity to hear from fellow leaders, sharing their personal stories and insights. This exchange will help individuals identify and refine their unique leadership style, and provide practical guidance on how to apply it in their daily lives, both personally and professionally.

Strategy session for WIN IAEA
Moderated discussion on WiN IAEA values, strategy and success stories to support creation of new WiN chapters.  

Climate action simulation
Participants will explore complex sustainability challenges through interactive game simulation experience. They will analyse risks and find high leverage solutions that work in the long run. 

Entrepreneurial mindset
Participants will gain hands-on experience in developing innovative start-up ideas, refining their concepts through collaborative brainstorming sessions, and crafting compelling pitches to secure investment and drive growth.

How to navigate in technology reports?
Participants will discover who the key opinion makers are in the technology world, learn how to identify and follow influential voices, and develop the skills to analyse and predict high-probability trends in the tech industry.
 

Grants: A limited number of grants are available to support the attendance of selected participants, with priority given to participants from developing countries. There is no registration fee.
