DESCRIPTION:An ICTP Meeting\n	We are excited to announce the Advanced Scho
 ol on Uncertainty and Robustness of Deep Learning (DL) Models for Science.
  This initiative\, co-organized by ICTP alongside SISSA/TSDS and AREA\, wi
 ll take place at ICTP\, in Trieste (Italy) from July 23rd to July 31st\, 2
 026. \n	The school targets early-career researchers and PhD students\, ai
 ming to offer the participants practical tools to perform Uncertainty esti
 mation (UQ) in DL models for scientific applications. There will be a spec
 ial focus on scalability\, sustainability\, and advanced HPC methods for o
 ptimizing deep learning pipelines. \n	 \nLecturers from top-ranked resea
 rch centers/universities and big tech companies (e.g. IBM\, Nvidia) will c
 over the topics listed below:\n		Scientific DL     \n	\n		UQ in DL
  4 Science \n	\n		Simulation based Inference \n	\n		Bayesian NN \n	\n		
 Explainable DL for Science\n\n	\n	Each topic will be complemented by the n
 ecessary tools to create efficient\, scalable\, and portable ML pipelines 
 that exploit the capabilities of modern HPC infrastructures.  \n	 \n	30
  participants will be selected with attention to creating a cohort with ba
 lanced representation of countries (particularly\, least developed countri
 es)\, gender and under-represented  groups.  \n	 \n	This school will b
 e the third activity in the field of advanced applied Machine Learning sup
 ported by the brand-new ICTP International Consortium for Scientific Compu
