 uccessfully manage and lead a nuclear energy programme. The target audienc
 e for this training event is new and young nuclear professionals entering 
 the field of nuclear energy and nuclear technology.\n\n	 \n\n	 \n\n	Obje
 ctives of this training event are to:\n\n	\n	Provide an international educ
 ational experience and an opportunity for worldwide networking to future l
 eaders and managers of nuclear energy\;\n\n	\n	Raise awareness of particip
 ants about recent developments in nuclear energy\;\n\n	\n	Broaden particip
 ants’ understanding on key issues and challenges associated with peacefu
 l uses of nuclear energy\;\n\n	\n	Introduce participants to the leadership
  and managerial competencies needed to successfully run the national nucle

 clear power\n\n	• Nuclear fuel cycle and waste management\n\n	 \n\n	The
  School is only open to anyone who has not previously participated in an I
 AEA NEM School. The IAEA is committed to gender equality and to promoting 
 a diverse workforce. Applications from qualified women and candidates from
  developing countries are strongly encouraged.\n	 \n\n	 \n\n	Grants: A l
 imited number of grants are available to support the attendance of selecte
 d participants\, with priority given to participants from developing count
