Abstract:
From the greatest unsolved problem in classical physics to a celebration
of a century of quantum mechanics, the talk will touch on aspects of
science, education and outreach, training and career development, and
highlight examples of overcoming barriers to doing science-- in a few
cases challenging our perception of what it means to be a scientist.
