This activity focuses on building a range of data-related skills that are vital for addressing trans-disciplinary challenges in contemporary research work for participants from all disciplines and/or backgrounds from sciences to humanities. Topics to be covered include principles and practice of research data management including AI assisted RDM, authorship in the 21st century, open and responsible science, machine learning and artificial neural networks followed by selected advanced topics of Urban Data & AI assisted Data Analysis.
This is a practical hands-on activity with sessions on techniques and applications for both python and AI based coding and use of local LLMs and AI tools for both Urban data and general AI assisted Data Analysis.
