 \n\n	\n	Abstract:\n	We explore how spacetime geometry shapes quantum dynam
 ics by studying fermionic systems in AdS black hole and expanding de Sitte
 r backgrounds. Using lattice realizations of Dirac fermions\, we show that
  curvature\, horizons\, and cosmological expansion act effectively as gaug
 e fields and chiral potentials\, imprinting themselves directly on transpo
 rt\, entanglement\, and spectral response. This perspective reveals a unif
 ied picture in which geometric and gravitational effects govern phenomena 
 ranging from chiral transport and horizon-driven entanglement dynamics to 
 pseudo-critical spectral flow and emergent irreversibility in time-depende
 nt settings\, as well as geometry-controlled fractal spectra in AdS spacet
 ime. The results highlight curved spacetime as a natural framework for org
 anizing quantum many-body dynamics and quantum information diagnostics.\n
