DESCRIPTION:Medical physics is a rapidly evolving field that directly infl
 uences patient safety\, diagnostic accuracy\, and the quality of radiother
 apy and imaging services. However\, many countries especially regions unde
 r conflict—face a severe shortage of qualified medical physicists\, limi
 ted access to hands-on training\, and fragmented opportunities for early-c
 areer development. Yemen does not currently have a well-established formal
  postgraduate MSc pathway in Medical Physics comparable to international c
 linical medical-physics training program. The ICTP Physics Without Frontie
 rs YEMEN School of Young Medical Physicists (SYMP) is motivated by the urg
 ent need to build the next generation of medical physic equipped with clin
 ical\, computational\, and research skills in Yemen and conflict area coun
 tries.\n The school aims to reduce training and gender gaps\, empower ear
 ly-career professionals\, and strengthen healthcare capacity through educa
 tion\, innovation\, and global partnerships.\n * Women are encouraging to
