Abstract. The 125 GeV Higgs mass stringently constrains the parameter space of General Gauge Mediation (GGM) with light stops. We will discuss how the RG- generated A-terms necessary for the Higgs mass are also in strong tension with electroweak symmetry breaking and a tachyon-free spectrum. We present the first fully general solution to these constraints in the GGM parameter space. We find that the left-handed stop can be arbitrarily llight, but a strong lower bound of ∼ 1.5 TeV exists on the right-handed stop. We show that when this bound is saturated, the spectrum becomes extremely constrained, and always is accompanied by light ewkinos and leptons. We provide a complete analytic understanding of these constraints and the features of the solution. Finally we discuss the impact of present and future colliders on the GGM parameter space.
