I will give an overview of research in quantum information and related fields in our group in Sharif University of Technology.
The research covers a wide scope of topics, some of which have a slight overlap with condensed matter physics.
I will then describe a recent work on static quantum circuits using quantum spin chains.
Short lectures will follow by two Sharif graduates, who will present two examples:
