Abstract.  We will discuss associated production of the Higgs with top-anti-top pair, with an emphasis on the effect of the CP property of the Higgs.  We will discuss dependency of total cross-sections and kinematic distributions on he CP (mixing)  of the Higgs, as well construction of  CP violating observables.
