Description

An ICTP Hybrid Meeting.

The School is live-streamed on the ICTP HECAP YouTube Channel.

ICTP's annual Spring School on Superstring Theory and Related Topics provides pedagogical treatment of those subjects through lectures by some of the world's top string theorists. The activity is intended for theoretical physicists or mathematicians with knowledge of quantum field theory, general relativity, and string theory.

It is organized in collaboration with the Italian Institute for Nuclear Physics (INFN). This years school is a satellite activity of Strings 2022 in Vienna.

Topics:
  • Non-invertible symmetries
  • Strings on AdS3
  • Topological aspects of string theory
  • Celestial amplitudes
Lecturers:
K. COSTELLO, Perimeter Institute, Canada
L. DONNAY, Vienna University of Technology, Austria
M. GABERDIEL, ETH Zurich, Switzerland
Y. WANG, New York University, USA

Grants: A limited number of grants are available to support the attendance of selected participants, with priority given to participants from developing countries. There is no registration fee.
