High-Level Scientific Conferences Questionnaire
The European Commission (EC) invite participants to High-Level Scientific Conferences (HLSC), regardless of their funding source, to complete a questionnaire in order to help the EC in monitoring the impact of HLSC as well as to provide feedbak to the event organizers. The questionnaire are not anonymous to the EC, but will be kept in strict confidence. For this reason all public available monitoring documents, including feedback to event organizers, will be dominantly of statistical nature.
Completed questionnaire should be returned by E-mail to rtd-ihp-hlsc@cec.eu.int (enter HLSC Questionnaire in mail subject).
All participants taking part in the questionnaire survay will be included in the Human Potential Programme's mailing list in order to receive up-to-date information on all action of the Programme such as Marie Curie fellowships, research Training Networks, High-Level Scientific Conferences, etc.
The questionnaire form is available in two versions:
(a) a user-friendy version with scroll-down menus in EXCEL-format (xls-file).
