This Conjecture establishes a subtle bridge between algebraic and differential geometries, analysis and topology, hence its status as one of the seven Millennium Problems. This will be an introductory talk mainly for non-experts, where the Conjecture will be presented as a form of Stokes Theorem for special fields. Recent support for its validity will also be included.
