Description 
The proposed Workshop, aims to guide the scientific community in developing countries into the potentialities of the newest mobile scientific educational possibilities and the creation of educational scientific contents for mobile devices. The Workshop also aims to give a balanced mix of technical detail, general overview, societal impact and a sense of the possible with "Scientific m-Learning".
