Quantum Information science is a discipline right at the intersection of physics, engineering, computer science and mathematics. The discipline is presently matured enough to produce new quantum technologies. The present school aims to provide a brief introduction to established ideas of quantum information science up to the level of establishing quantum technologies theoretically and experimentally. Students (advanced undergraduate and postgraduate) with quantum mechanics background will be able to learn rapidly this exciting field through the lectures and problem solving sessions of this school. To register for this school, participants need a minimum of undergraduate quantum mechanics background and support letter from supervisors or heads of departments. Please register at by 6 March 2020.
