new light sources, detection cell geometries and applications Abstract: After a short review of recent examples of the successful implementation of the photoacoustic detection method for various scientific and technical applications, I will present methods to tackle obstacles which currently hinder the further spread of the method. Examples include molecular relaxation effects, spectral interferences and flow generated noises and Karman vortex sheets. |
