Jens Bardarson (KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden) Abstract:
I will review the information lattice, which we recently introduced as a way to decompose information in a quantum state into local information in position. Using this decomposition allows both universal characterisation of many-body states as well as an informed construction of efficient numerical algorithms for time evolution of many-body states to long times, way beyond the entanglement barrier that limits the time range of matrix product state time evolution.
