We will present several examples of successful Citizen Science projects, including nuclear monitoring, seismic sensors and air quality monitoring.

Topics:

  • Sustainable Development Goals and the role of technology
  • 3D printing and the FabLab revolution
  • Fast advances in low cost sensors and detectors
  • Benefits from advances in signal processing, analysis and transmission
  • Statistical inference in scientific reasoning
