Participants will be provided with the necessary background documents before the meeting and will be invited to submit their written inputs before, during and after the online meeting. A summary of inputs submitted before the meeting will be shared with the invited participants before the meeting. This will form the basis for the online discussion.
Consolidation of inputs after the online session
The draft report of the meeting will be shared with the participants after the online discussion. Participants will be invited to provide further written inputs on the draft report within one week. The final report will be posted on UNESCO Open Science website. The inputs from the meeting will subsequently be incorporated in the draft text of the UNESCO Recommendation on Open Science.
The outcomes of the consultations will also be presented in the context of ESOF in September 2020.
