Abstract. Despite the hopes and the excellent experimental performance, the main detectors of the LHC, CMS and ATLAS, have not discovered any new elementary particle so far. The search is however ongoing. It is conceivable that new physics involves light feebly-interacting particles that are emitted in the forward direction beyond the angular reach of these detectors. There is a rich program of forward experiments which can test such models. In this talk, I will discuss the potential of FASER$\nu$ and SND@LHC experiments in searching for new physics.
