The influence of Thomas-Rashba (TR) precession on the Kondo tunneling through quantum dots is discussed. It is shown that this precession is pertinent only at finite magnetic fields. TR precession results in peculiar anisotropy of effective g-factor and initiates dephasing of Kondo tunneling at low temperature, which strongly depends on the magnitude and direction of magnetic field.
