CTAP (coherent transport by adiabatic passage) is the spatial analogue of STIRAP (stimulated Raman adiabatic passage). Its realization in nanostructures has potential applications for quantum information processing. In this talk I discuss the backaction of measurement on electrons undergoing CTAP in a triple quantum dot system. Continuous measurement is accounted for using Korotkov's Bayesian quantum mechanics, which allows to study single realizations of the protocol while keeping track of the detector output. One observes a trade off between information gain by the measurement vs. the fidelity of the protocol.
