We study the behavior of single electron spectral function in a model of 2D superconductors with strong phase fluctuations. It is shown that in the limit when the gap amplitude is much smaller than the Fermi energy the problem is equivalent to the anisotropic spin-1/2 Kondo model and some results can be obtained non-perturbatively.
