Abstract: After a brief review of cosmological non-Gaussianity and holography, we discuss the construction of holographic models for the inflationary epoch. We show how cosmological observables, such as the primordial power spectrum and non-Gaussianities, may be computed from the correlation functions of a dual three-dimensional non-gravitational QFT. We present a general class of holographic models that are consistent with current observational constraints and discuss the distinctive signatures they predict for the running of the spectral index and for the form of primordial non-Gaussianity.
