The 1^st Joint Kuwait University-ICTP Science Symposium will serve as a high-level platform for faculty from both institutions and from scientific institutions in the Arab region to present pioneering research, engage in strategic discussions, and lay the groundwork for impactful, long-term international collaborations.
 

The symposium will be preceded by the Workshop on Scientific Computing and AI, tailored for students and early-career researchers based in the Arab Region. The workshop will provide theoretical and hands-on training in high-performance computing, crucial data analysis pipelines, and the latest applications of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to accelerate scientific discovery. As part of the workshop activities, selected participants will present their research findings in a poster format.

Grants: A limited number of grants are available to support the attendance of selected participants, with priority given to participants from developing countries. There is no registration fee.
